Lauren Gray is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with children aged 0-5 and providing parent education and support. Lauren has 6 years of experience supporting parents in managing challenging behaviors including aggression, difficulty adjusting to transitions, and anxiety. Lauren uses Positive Discipline techniques to work with families in improving their functioning and creating meaningful relationships. Lauren also has extensive experience in trauma work with children and adolescents ages 3-18 and is able to support individuals who suffer from anxiety and depression.
Lauren believes in a relational approach to Therapy and feels that the family is a key component in treating the child. Lauren is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Theraplay. Lauren is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. Lauren is experienced in the assessment and diagnosis of mental health conditions and creates individual treatment plans to meet the needs of youths and their families.
